What People's Say About Place

We really enjoyed our breakfast. My Chicken Huevos were excellent with just enough spicy. The regular pancakes were delicious, with just a hint of lemon and we had the rice bowl with chicken. Everything was hit and fresh. Highly recommend this little gem in Siloam Springs!

Round 2! Unfortunately, I never posted Round 1. So, I am going to combine all the dishes my wife and I tried both times. Round 1: I had the "Spice It" eggs Benedict, and OMG, the flavors, "Umami", was making me want more. My wife had the "Avocado Toast", and trying it made me rethink my dislike for Avocado toast. Was it the chili oil? Other seasoning, or the bread? Who knows but this is one toast slathered in Avocado I will eat gladly. Finished it off with "The OG" pancakes. Lemony, fluffy, and down right delicious. Round 2: I had the "Chicken Huevos" , and the spices/flavor profile was on point. Being from Nuevo Mexico, I do miss my Hatch Green Chile, and fluffy flour tortillas, but over all it was delicious. The wife got the "Avocado Toast" again. Because, why not. We also tried the "Biscuits and Gravy" special. The wife stated they were the best she's ever had. Of course, we finished it off again with "The OG". Safe to say a food coma will be coming soon. Great atmosphere and excellent service. This is our new favorite spot for breakfast. Whatever they're doing they need to keep doing it!

We came in here for lunch with our kids. Everyone loved every bit of their food. We ordered the Simple plate, Cheeky Red, Cinnacakes and Potato Bowl. DELICIOUS. We got to talk to the chef, who is kind and friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend this place if you’re anywhere near Siloam Springs .

Y’all… this food is INCREDIBLE. Insanely good. And beautiful. The cinnamon pancakes, strawberry cream cheese pancakes, and potato bowl hit the spot. So flavorful yet also a great value. Our kids loved it as well which is a difficult feat. We will be back every time we drive through Siloam!

A.M. Eats is an incredible place. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is helpful, and the flavors are on point. I live in Dallas, Texas and was visiting my mother, when we came upon this absolute gem. This restaurant would easily stand up to some of our best brunch and breakfast locations. With an open colorful ambiance that lifts you up. I had the Benny Eggs Benedict and it was amazing. The seasoning was flawless, the eggs were perfect and when I broke the yoke open, the orange yellow gold flowed out easily. The coffee was clean and very potent. I would liken it to Tim Horton's Coffee and it's better. It fully helped wake me up. The second visit I had the Cloud 9 breakfast bowl. It was flavorful and not over-seasoned, the ingredients were fresh and light. A.M. Eats & Tea treats has a new fan!!

5 Stars all the way! The Omelet I Had was the Chorizo Omelet! Chicken chorizo! Yes you heard right! I was skeptical at first on trying it but I felt like eating something different. I was completely taken by the flavor and never had an omelet with chicken in it. I was very glad that I tried it, it was simply outstanding!

Passing through and found ourselves at this little breakfast place. Great atmosphere and food. Surprised to see Hmong sausage on the menu, and it’s 100% worth trying. Highly recommend. Only regret we have is not getting a boba tea!
